W związku z rozwojem sytuacji epidemiologicznej w Polsce VI Kongresu Rozwoju Edukacji został przeniesiony do przestrzeni online i odbędzie się w środowisku MS Teams. Dokładamy wszelkich starań, aby pomimo braku możliwości bezpośrednich spotkań i rozmów kongres stał się okazją do wymiany doświadczeń, obserwacji i pomysłów, również tych, które wynikają ze zmiany warunków realizacji procesów dydaktycznych w polskich uczelniach. 

W programie interesujące dyskusje, wystąpienia plenarne oraz warsztaty, a także - tradycyjnie już - konkurs Famelab. Tym razem w nieco zmienionej formule - jako nagrania wideo udostępnione na stronie internetowej wydarzenia. Zwycięzca konkursu (osoba lub zespół) zostanie wyłoniony drogą głosowania online.

Association of Economists and Managers of the Balkans headquartered in Belgrade – Serbia organizes 6th International Scientific-Business Conference titled: Leadership, Innovation, Management and Economics: Integrated Politics of Research – LIMEN 2020.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held ONLINE-Virtually on November 26, 2020, using Zoom platform.

The organizers of LIMEN conference have recognized the problem that nowadays exists in most modern organizations: so much management and too little of leadership. In fact, leadership is a major and crucial phase of management. Being a leader means having a certain social impact in order to maximize the efforts of others aimed at achieving the defined objectives.

There is still the possibility to submit a presentation - the extended deadline is November 12, 2020.

EDEN is proudly hosting for the fifth year the European Online and Distance Learning Week (EODLW). This year we are in partnership again with the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA) and the Open Distance Learning Association in Australia (ODLAA) jointly with Flexible Learning Association of New Zealand (FLANZ) who are launching the Australasian Online and Distance Learning Week. We are happy to have a special contribution to EDEN EODLW from ICDE.

This week will be a good time to reflect on present changes influenced by pandemic COVID-19 and to enhance the possibilities of online and distance learning in today’s “new normal”.

During EODLW, you will have access to daily online webinars and panel sessions of expert scholars and practitioners who will present a variety of cutting edge open and online learning topics, from innovations in design to open educational research.

The United States National Distance Learning Week is held on Nov 9–13 and Australiasian Online and Distance Learning Week on Nov 2-9, 2020.

Sustaining and innovating video-based services in Higher Education in times of crisis

Many Higher Education institutions are struggling to cope with the challenges of up-scaling and adapting to the circumstances brought about by the global pandemic. At the same time as demand on online services is at its peak, so too is the demand for meaningful, effective learning opportunities that take into account students’ well-being, pedagogical innovation and technical advances. On top of all this comes the needs of teaching and support staff.  So how can today’s university or college cater to such demanding situations?

There will be two days of the conference:

Day 1 - Scaling up video-based services in Higher Education

Day 2 - Experiences and practice in using AR and VR in Higher Education
