Dear „e-mentor” Readers,

It is my pleasure to present to you the first this year's issue of our journal. Let me take this opportunity to inform you that Association of Academic E-learning (SEA) is starting a new edition of certification proceeding for e-teachers - people actively using modern technologies in teaching process. SEA Certificate is a confirmation of competencies such as creating content and carrying out didactic courses with a use of distance learning techniques and methods. It also can be treated as a trademark of a university implementing modern technologies into learning process. A certificate candidate has to exhibit his or her experience in regard of e-education. The Association created the list of key e-teacher's competencies. The mentioned document presents a useful point of reference for people interested in obtaining SEA Certificate. I cordially invite you to apply to certification program, and also to distribute this information among academic society. Participation in the proceeding is free of charge. The application deadline is March 13, 2016. More information can be found on the website:
