The psychological contract of migrants:...
Migrant workers, mainly from Ukraine, are increasingly present in Poland. However, this is not a homogeneous group. We can distinguish between pre-war immigrants, whose arrival in Poland was voluntary, and Ukrainian refugees, who were forced to migrate by the war. The aim of this article is to determine whether pre-war immigrants and refugees differ in terms of the unwritten expectations they have of employers, i.e. whether these groups are characterised by a different psychological contract.

E-mentor
"E-mentor" is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the Foundation for the Promotion and Accreditation of Economic Education. We introduced its first edition in October 2003. Since then, the journal is issued regularly five times a year.
It receives 40 points on the list of scientific journals announced by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education in 2024. All academic articles are peer-reviewed (we apply a double-blind peer review procedure). The Program Committee and Editorial Team supervise the quality of publications.
We provide open access to the full texts of all articles published in "E-mentor" (HTML & PDF). Each month we register over 100 000 visits to the journal website. "E-mentor" is available also in a printed version (1000 copies) distributed for free to individual academics and numerous educational institutions.
