Learning versus decision making

In dynamically changing environment each organization must quickly adapt to changes which can mean that it has to change the way of how management in organizations is perceived. In the article Information and decision processes in a company which was published in 'e-mentor' No. 3 (20)/2007 the author presented the paradigm of dynamics where information - necessary for quick decision-making - is crucial. It bases on a model which has been characterized in this paper.
