Didactic aspects of creating online courses

Despite growing interest and discussions, e-learning in Poland is still in initial stages of development. This is not caused by academies, as they have been implementing this form of education for a couple of years now. This is also not lack of laws. The element which shows infancy of e-learning in Poland is lack of academic standards of creating didactic materials, conducting classes and organization of online courses.
