Reusable Learning Objects - how to prepare e-learning materials efficiently.

A few problems with preparation of materials for on-line learning are announced in this article. At the same time by intorducing the idea of Reusabe Learning Objects the author wishes to point a promissing direction in which to take action, namely using virtual knowledge repositories for creating new courses and sharing them in any of the LMS or LCMS systems.
