The environment of creating personalized online courses

The article presents the next stage of the author's research on adjustment of forms and methods of online teaching to individual learner's preferences. The structure of repository of content created for the needs of e-education was discussed. One of the basic conditions enabling for individualization of online learning process is the provision of properly prepared didactic materials. The items of knowledge constituting repository content must not only have diverse form and use different meanings of transfer, but also ought to be precisely described with metadata, which would allow for both proper choice and combining chosen items in the complete, functional online course. The present article presents such repository structure, which would ensure fulfillment of all the above mentioned conditions.
