Competency Models in Project Management

Qualified management cadre is indispensable for effective Project Management. Competence Models of Project Management are signposts and reference points for defining, improving and evaluating skills and attitudes of professional Projects Managers, also in Polish enterprises. The article discusses the role of Project Manager in project realization and the competencies of Project Management, namely, their standards, certifications and classification.
