Managing knowledge in projects - techniques of gathering project experience

The aim of the article is to present the techniques of keeping knowledge gathered in projects and reusing it later. The author, after having outlined the range of issues concerning managing project knowledge and the arising problems, presents examples of good practices in managing knowledge in projects. In the second part of the article the author focuses on detailed and pragmatic presentation of the most often used methods and techniques of sharing and keeping project knowledge. The main conclusion of the article is the emphasis on the role of using knowledge and constant learning in organization in keeping the rival advantage.
