Unlike usually, we begin current issue of 'e-mentor' with two feuilletons. They differ from those we have published so far because they describe e-learning from two perspectives: the first presents possibilities which are given by new technologies implemented into didactics and the other analyses effects of didactic process, especially during international e-learning courses where cultural aspects and educational experience of people from different countries influence the course itself.

It is also a pleasure to present products of MasterSolution (a partner of the issue) which can be used for virtual teamwork and a description of e-learning activities of one of universities . we encourage other academies to also describe their achievements in .e-mentor..

I recommend reading an article which comments The report on a state of lifelong learning in Poland in 2005 and another interesting paper about social and legal aspects of spam.

I also encourage you to see articles in Knowledge Management section - you will find there a report from research on corporate portals, a review of KM models (which is an introduction to a presentation of newly created model in next issue of 'e-mentor') and also a paper on intellectual space in a company.

I hope that you will find 14th 'e-mentor' interesting and useful for you.
