Employer branding at Polish universities - how to create the image of employer not caring about its people

Employer branding is defined as creating the image of the organization as a great place to work at in the minds of current employees and key stakeholders in the external market. To become an employer of choice, organization should: establish clear workplace rules, show employees that it respects them, and cater for employees` needs and their concerns. In the context of employer branding conception and with reference to Polish labor market situation, the author of the article answers the question whether the Polish universities are great places to work at.
