The usage of Internet platform in Talent Club - educational/research program of Polish management cadre.

The article discusses the idea, aim as well as the activity of national Talent Club program, which is devoted to the Polish management cadre and use interactive Internet platform. The program is inspired by the publication by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman and is aimed at supporting managers in searching and developing talents and skills.
