Project management in a company with ISO 9001:2000

This article introduces ISO 9001:2000 quality standard, its influence on project management and the results it produced after 4 years from implementation in HYPERmedia company. A short description provides basic knowledge about ISO 9001:2000. In the article the authors also explains how project management was like before implementing ISO and how it has changed after ISO became a standard in the company.
