Cyberslacking - Intenet at work, not only for work

The author examines the phenomenon of cyberslacking - the private use of Internet in workplace presenting its definition and both employees' and employers' attitudes towards it. The implications of the use of workplace Internet access for private purposes have also been analyzed. The author reflects as well on the possible ways of dealing with the phenomenon under discussion.
