User-generated content versus works in the context of copyright

The article concerns content management in the era of Web 2.0 with special regard to user-generated content. Law seems not to be adjusted to new phenomena since it does not always precise whether particular item of content can be copied. The author states that idea of Creative Commons, which assumes wide range of permitted non-commercial private use, while at the same time imposes some conditions for commercial use, is a valuable solution.
