An access to Internet content (regulation perspective)

The article concerns the regulation of an access to Internet content in the era of Web 2.0. The context are economic and technological conditions of cyberspace regulation. The author makes an attempt at answering the two key questions: what development directions of copyright or industrial property rights should be acknowledged as prospective and how to accommodate the role of law and technology in designing the security limiting an uncontrollable access to the content.
