Barriers of e-learning applying - the case of the high school, part I


D-learning is becoming more and more popular. But there are still a lot of organizations that do not use this kind of training in practice. One of the reasons that organizations do not use e-learning is that there are some barriers which make e-learning applying difficult. So it is very important to find out these barriers. To recognize the barriers, as they can be found not only in business organizations but also in institutions of education, the authors decided to conduct empirical research.
