Barriers of e-learning applying - the case of the university (part II)
E-learning is becoming more and more popular. But this type of learning (teaching) has a lot of weaknesses. Barriers to e-learning range from people's natural resistance to any kind of change, to new technology, to budget constraints. To recognize the barriers, as they can be found not only in business organizations but also in institutions of education, the authors decided to conduct empirical research. This text shows the academic teachers` opinions about e-learning in a high school.
