The new model of knowledge management in a company



The article is a continuation of the paper published in 14th issue of 'e-mentor' and describes a new model of knowledge management in a company, created by the authors. They discuss gaining and processing of explicit and tacit knowledge and the process of sharing knowledge between employees. They also state conditions which are compulsory for implementing the model into an institution.
