Accessibility of the web sites for people with disabilities - problems and technical difficulties

This paper presents the most important problems and difficulties which people with disabilities have when using the Internet. The article contains an analysis of typical errors which are done while the web sites are constructed. Besides, the paper contains a discussion on some initiatives that have been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned errors.
