The era of e-services - the age of digital economy based on knowledge

Technological progress and the changes in the structure of education in a modern society create a new type of services. The combination of specialist knowledge with new forms of its conveying are underlying the sector of electronic economy based on knowledge, commonly known as e-business. The European Union notices the occurring changes and supports them by grands, available also in Poland. The article focuses on the issues concerning the funds for e-services.
