It is rather common to think that knowledge management is simply a better use of experience and ideas of employees. And although still much can be done in this area managers are not eager to admit that they have problems with effective cooperation and sharing knowledge inside the company. In such a situation, companies must learn to manage knowledge and ideas which are coming from outside.
