The article is a continuation of the paper Polish e-learning from the experts' point of view, which was published in e-mentor no 3 (20)/2007. In the second part, the author presents opinions of Polish e-learning experts on their first experience with distance learning, evolution of e-learning content, on how they define e-learning and whether each academic can become e-teacher.
