The perspectives of telework development in Poland - research results report

In the article, the results of researches, polls and projects concerning telework, carried out in 1999-2000 in Poland, were presented. The changing state of knowledge, law regulations as well as employers' and employees' attitudes towards this flexible form of employment were demonstrated. They author made an attempt at outlining the perspectives of telework development on Polish job market.
