Virtual Emotional Intelligence

The following paper formulates the structural model of virtual emotional intelligence. The authors' claim is that virtual emotional intelligence can alleviate managerial problems usually faced by the virtual project teams. The paper is embedded in the personality psychology and knowledge management literature. It also heavily draws on insights from communication theory and psychology of individual differences.
