Ministerial regulations on e-learning

After over one-year-long consultations, the Minister of Science and Higher Education has signed the Regulation on conditions which have to be fulfilled so that higher education courses could be organized with the use of methods and techniques of e-learning. We present the Regulation together with the first amendment which was made short after the publishing of the Regulation.
