The article presents the second part of the review of business models described in literature and models elaborated on the basis of research on selected websites. The first part of the article was published in No. 5 (17)/2006 of e-mentor. The author presents the way of dividing models into categories and criteria of division such as: functionality, innovation, complexity, characteristics of the market and main institution.
