XX Seminar "Changes in the administrative law concerning e-communication"

The article is a report from a seminar which was organised on 27 July 2005 in Warsaw, Poland. During the conference, changes in Polish administrative law - especially in the area of electronic communication - were discussed. The main aim of the seminar was to describe changes in organisation of Polish institutions which would be caused by new regulations. Participants also discussed problems, challenges and threats of e-administration and examples of implementations from abroad.
