Prospects of e-commerce in Poland - case study of the Polish online auction site Allegro.pl
E-commerce in Poland is growing so fast that the article can be obsolete even at the moment when the writer finishes the paper. Changes are permanent and they are most obviously seen through an example of Polish most popular online auction site - Allegro.pl. The article presents a case study of Allegro.pl - a site where every 20 seconds new account is created, where 25 million products (the whole value of 1 500 million zlotych) were sold last year. To make those changes more visible we should add that the value of 1 500 million zlotych represents an increase of 80% in comparison to 2004. More and more people claim: this year can be only better.
