Leadership in turbulent environment

This paper touches one of the most crucial issues covered by modern science concerning organization and management - business leadership. The aim of the analysis was to deliver a possibly complete picture of a leadership and issues related to it. This paper illustrates changes with regard to leadership referring to changes in environment of an organization. Leader's tasks have been reviewed, types of leadership in organizations have been defined, as well as consequences of appearance of certain types of leaders in described organizations.
