Theories of motivation and their significance for a didactic practice in complementary trainings
The present article aims to discuss the exemplary theories of motivation and their impact on a didactic practice in complementary trainings. The issues of adult learners' motivation were also characterized. Moreover, the author describes the model of features and skills indispensable for trainers who want to increase learners' involvement in the process of education and portrays the selected implications arising form the proper psychology of education, facilitating a trainer in the efficient realization of a didactic process, participated by adult learners.
