The article presents conclusions from the Third Conference "Knowledge and Innovations in economy development - incentives and barriers" which was organized in Cracow, Poland on 11 January 2007. Most important for the effective transformation of economy and information society is to invest in transferring of knowledge between science and business and engage in that all population.
