What can we learn from Japanese? Knowledge management in Japanese companies
According to Global Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise Report, companies which realize development strategy through innovations and knowledge management create intellectual capital and shareholders' value two times faster than their competitors. Apart from global and American corporations, Japanese companies play an important role in the listing. The article presents the role of culture in KM and describes the Japanese way of knowledge management in comparison to Western approach.
