Organizational transformations without leaders?

The article is a report from the conference Transformations in companies. Solving problems with implementation of management methods which was held between 8-10 June 2007 in Cracow-Zakopane, Poland.

Contemporary organizations are in the continuous state of transformation. Managers try to use different methods and tools which would solve current problems or bring their companies to perfection. During the conference, participants tried to find answers to such questions as: Which of those methods should be implemented? What problems do companies face at the implementation phase? What do they lack?
