Corporate governance mechanisms in listed companies - a review of the book

The article is a review of the publication Corporate governance mechanisms in listed companies written by Maria Aluchna and published by Warsaw School of Economics in 2007. The author discusses in details all aspects of corporate governance presenting its different aspects, influence on company's effectiveness, and state of its development in other countries. What's important, research conclusions considering Polish market have also been included.
