Knowledge-based organizations - a review of the book

The article is a review of the book "Knowledge-based organizations" by B. Mikula. The author presents a synthesis of so-far achievements of knowledge management underlining concepts and problems which create the core of KM. The book consists of three parts: in the first knowledge-based economy has been described, in the second - the process of knowledge management in organizations and in the third - the intellectual capital and people in knowledge-based organizations.
