Corporate University - an effective tool of knowledge transfer in an organisation
The article presents a phenomenon of corporate universities - a strategic tool which helps to accomplish company's mission through educational activity. There are two kinds of such universities; the first organise courses only for employees and the second is open for people from outside the company. The author describes strenghts and weaknesses of corporate universities and wonders whether they could be a threat for traditional academies.
