KM in practice: knowledge in business processes and projects

The article is a report from a 12^thth Roundtable of Knowledge Champions which was dedicated to knowledge management in business processes. Such seminars have been organized for three years already and have always created an opportunity for a discussion and exchange of ideas. Selected subjects of the meeting included: advantages and costs of implementing KM in an organization, characteristics of a culture which favours KM and others.
