Motivatinal-volitional strategies in distance education
An appropriate strategy of activity ensures success in distance teaching. Ordinary transfer of interactive material is usually insufficient in distance education. The article presents different motivational-emotional as well as motivational-volitional strategies which are intended to decrease the isolation of learners and create the conditions for effective work. Instead of many solutions, one complex strategy has been proposed, which supports motivation even before the decision to learn is taken, helps in maintaining will for activity during the course of learning as well as realizes the motivational aims also after the end of learning process.
