Affective factors in distance education

In the article, affective factors which form emotions of learners and their impact on the learning process in distance education have been discussed. Research show that effective learning is possible when positive emotion tend to dominate. However, also negative emotions can be successful when implemented in the right place and time. The author presents types of emotions in online learning, their features and results of their implementation in e-learning courses.
