Corporate culture in management - review

The article is a review of the publication Corporate culture in management edited by Grażyna Aniszewska which has recently appeared on the Polish market. What's distinguishing, the authors showed corporate culture mainly as an element which supports the process of realizing corporate strategy. The culture has been divided into such areas as: HR policy, communication, leadership, motivation, public relations and teambuilding which gave the book more practical nature. The influence of each element on corporate strategy has been described.
