Constructivists and behavioral aspects of distance education

The activity of supporting education with ICT caused a return of interest in the subject of cognitive processes and a development of methodology of teaching. The interest based on a necessity to answer a question: how to incorporate a new medium to didactics and use it for improving the effectiveness of education? Distance education as a new (in Poland) form of education is struggling the same problems. Tools which are used in distance education create conditions to initiate a discussion about methods, means and concepts of learning.
