Web 3.0 as cultural transgression in social context

Further levels of ICT development are discussed more and more frequently. It was not long ago that Web 2.0 was implemented into e-learning standards and now we face new tendencies which are to influence a development of distance education. One of them is Web 3.0, also called the semantic web. Its creators haven't yet completed their task, but social acceptance is so big that it can be supposed that further stages of technology development will simultaneously be stages of social transgression, defined as crossing the borders set by prevailing possibilities and experience.
