Telework - possibilities and limitations

Fast development of the internet has created the virtual reality and within it - new forms of job activities. Telework, which is one of them, has created new possibilities of employment for people who have problems with active participation in the labor market. On the other hand, we should remember that Polish telework market is still underdeveloped. However, there is hope to change this situation through implementing changes, which include introduction of telework as a new form of employment, into the labour law.
