Celda 2004 Lizbona - a report from the conference

CELDA 2004 is a conference which was organized between 15 and 17 December 2004 in Lisbon, Portugal. The conference was held by International Association for Development of the Information Society (IADIS). This is an international association which organizes several meetings concerning e-learning, multimedia education, e-commerce and e-society a year. Through conferences and editorial activities IADIS promotes the idea of information society.
