Enriching the qualifications of the enterprise human resources

Continuing Vocational Training (CVT) enriches the qualifications of the enterprise human resources as well as strengthens the employability of an individual employee. Convergence of the CVT process' results is particularly important on the EU level as it undermines exercising the free movement of persons and finding employment. As a consequence independent CVT policies of the Member States should aim at achieving compatible final effects on the EU level. Along with Poland's accession to the EU Polish employers should be aware of the developments in the CVT process on the Community level and know standard instruments used in this field. Implementing this knowledge in their HR practice enables to gain competitive edge based on the quality of the enterprise human resources in order to successfully compete on the Singe European Market. For the individual employee it signifies achieving the qualifications level sought on the European labour market.
