Vocational education in the German dual system
If we aspire to design the most effective vocational training system which could be implemented in Poland, it is impossible to omit a German dual educational system. According to its assumptions, the system should supply students with theoretical knowledge as long as ensure contacts with a job market and thus adapt their qualifications to the market needs.
The article presents a description of the system, points out problems of its effectiveness and analyses challenges which a dual educational system must face in modern economy.
