Social and legal aspects of spam

The article describes the problem of spam - UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and UBE (unsolicited bulk email) which is becoming more and more serious among Polish e-mail users. The author discusses social and legal aspects of spam, including possibilities of punishing spammers and ways of securing e-mail boxes from unwanted advertisements and mails.
