How can we make people share knowledge they have? Is it enough to destroy walls between their rooms? Should we send them to courses in 'building strong relations'? There are many such questions and the article is an attempt to answer a few of them. The author discusses establishing relations and building trust and shows how they influence sharing knowledge and knowledge management in a company. She suggests a few ways of deepening trust between employees which is helpful in creating an appropriate environment for implementing KM processes.
