The current outlook on organizational culture

The article describes various approaches towards the subject of culture, the real implications of culture's influence on management, as well as the diverse subcultures' impact on organizations. It presents basic problems concerning ethnocentrism and cultural stereotypization in management and refers to the possibility of cultural change. Practical directions deriving from current knowledge of organizational culture and addressed to professionals are as well summarized by the authors.
